Bonjour,

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we are reminded once again of how truly grateful we are for each and every member of our wonderful school community. We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who brought in Thanksgiving Food Donations to the school entry, to include in our annual holiday haul to Freeport Community Services.

Music lovers, make sure not to miss out on our fall Suzuki Concert scheduled for the upcoming short week! All piano, violin, and cello students will perform a piece they’ve been polishing under direction of our dedicated teachers. We hope you can all join us at the Community Hall on Nov. 24th at 2:00 pm!

This year’s Winter Performance is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 5th, from 2-3 pm. This will be a celebratory concert where all grades will perform for families in the Community Hall across from the school. Students have been practicing within their individual chorale groups and we cannot wait to see the whole school singing together!

The final day before the winter break, Friday, Dec. 19th, will be an 11:30 Early Releasehalf-day for all students, with an optional Ice Skating at Troubh Event for students of all ages and their families from 12-2 pm. For more information about this seasons’ Ice Skating at Troubh events, use this link and see more details below.

Pictured above, students ventured at dusk on this year’s final autumnal trek of Adventure Club with Fabien. Wearing head-lamps, they followed maps to discover treasure along the coast of Freeport! Be sure to read to the end to see more beautiful snaps from this big adventure. Find out more at the end of this edition!

As always, please get in touch with the office with any questions at office@frenchschool.me

Merci beaucoup!
