With each age group taking their turn these days in our wonderful outdoor classroom amidst the fairy village of the forest, it’s almost feeling like summer is already here! The smell of the sea, sunscreen, and bursting green in the village is making for a very pleasant backdrop as we close out this school year.
As we enter the final weeks of another remarkable school year, there is no shortage of exciting news to share! In this edition, we celebrate the tremendous success of our fifth graders’ IB Primary Years Programme Exhibition, where our young authors proudly showcased the culmination of years of learning, creativity, and inquiry. We also look back on a wonderful Spring Suzuki Concert that highlighted the talent and dedication of our student musicians and teachers.
Looking ahead, families will find information about Wacky Week, yearbook orders, our beloved annual School Carnival, and opportunities to volunteer and purchase tickets in advance. We are also excited to announce a new Early Childhood Playground Project that will help support the continued growth of our youngest learners.
You’ll also discover updates from recent field trips, student achievements beyond the classroom, and details about our bilingual Summer Camp, which begins shortly after the school year concludes. As always, these stories reflect the curiosity, creativity, and strong sense of community that make EFDM such a special place.
