Raphaël was born in a medieval town not far from Paris and grew up in Burgundy, in a small village in Yonne District. After obtaining his Baccalaureate in Literature and being passionate about sports, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in STAPS (Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities) at the University of Dijon. He specialized in rehabilitation through sport and sport for people with disabilities. Following this, he worked for several years as a sports teacher for mentally and psychically handicapped people and developed this practice in the Yonne department. During his free time, Raphaël likes to work with leather to make small objects. He is also passionate about nature and outdoor activities.
