Wendy has over 25 years of experience working in the non-profit sector conducting research and program evaluations, designing and implementing demonstration projects and facilitating organizational improvement.  She has worked as senior management in two state-wide, non-profit youth development organizations and as a research assistant at the Muskie School of Public Service.  She is the founder and lead consultant of a business specializing in organizational improvement and development providing non-profit organizations, public agencies and private businesses technical assistance in a variety of administrative and programmatic areas to improve their overall operations, including fundraising, program development and evaluations.   Her current work as a consultant and as a board member on two Maine-based non-profits keeps her informed of contemporary issues and challenges facing these organizations.  She has extensive experience working with public and private schools, including compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and obtaining grant funding for special projects and operations.   Her passion lies in working on projects that improve the lives of children and families in Maine, the U.S. and around the world.
